6 Basic accounting theory and skill-Review the annual report of an orgnaisation
7 Financial controlling measures. Develop the Financial Management Procedure – Policy for a case study organisation
8 Relevant sections of the Public Financial Management Act and its relevant to organisational leadership
9 The interpretation of financial records of a case study organisation. Develop an annual report of a case study organisation

Account managers, middle managers, deputies from all organisations, both profit and non-profit making, who wish to develop their managerial and administrative skills.
