Some educational leaders in developed couturies emphasis the important of ethical principles, moral behaviors and altruism in identifying the need to conduct all decision-making and management activities to achieve sustainable results and create long-lasting sustainable educational establishments. Sustainable human resources management was similarly identified by different female educational leaders expect organisations in developing countries to focus on the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

The findings also suggested that educational leaders in developing countries struggle to pay more attention to the needs of employees and society related with economic, environmental and societal factors. Educational leaders need to go beyond policies or say regulatory and law requirements to benefit its community growth, resilience and sustainable development. Organisation in Commonwealth countries should provide innovative capacity building programs that focus on sustainable human resources management development in the small medium size sector, particularly in the community-based social enterprises at the bottom of the pyramid setting was cited so important.
