- Aims
Information Communication Technology (ICT) plays an important role in enhancing the quality of an organisation. Leadership, Management and Administration applications of ICT are currently popular in organisations due to its capabilities in facilitating administration activities from data storage to knowledge management and decision making.
The course is designed to equip participants with knowledge and skills related to the use of ICTs for organisation purposes. Participants will participate in hands-on activities in the use of resources such as productivity tools, web tools, email and other applications that can enhance organisation operations and process. They will also be exposed to issues relating to promoting technology integration in the organisation setting.

At the end of the module, the course members will be able:

- Facilitate better communication between team members and thereby promoting greater social understanding and harmony; and, to ensure equity between all members by providing appropriate qualitative and quantitative opportunities to overcome social and learning disadvantages.

ICT Managers or administrators, middle managers, deputies from all organisations, both profit and non-profit making, who wish to develop their ICT Management skills.
