Academic Profile
My academic Objective is to become a Professor of Educational Leadership for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals. Since my graduation from the University of Birmingham I have been teaching and carrying out research in theories and practice of educational leadership, management, administration and planning; leadership development of school leaders in Cameroon; research methods and methodology in educational leadership for seven years as a way of training and preparing young undergraduate and postgraduate students for the improvement of the human condition through better knowledge, health, living conditions, social equity and productivity, is a central tool for social progress in the world of work. I am a member of several scientific organisations like the Cameroon Council for Educational Leadership and Management Society (CCELMS), the Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM), the British Educational Leadership, Management and Administration Society (BELMAS), the International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS). As a Fellow of the Commonwealth Professional Fellowship am the founding president of CCELMS and founding Editor for Educational Leadership and Management Studies (ELMS). I am the chief editor of African Journal of Educational Practice (AJEP), the Journal of Human Resources and Leadership and the Journal of Philosophy, Culture and Religion. I am reviewing research applications: International Journal of Leadership in Education (IJLE), Syed Journal of Education & Social Research, African Journal of Education and Practice (AJEP), Asian Journal of Education and Social Studies (AJESS), Educational Journal (EDU), Science Publishing Group (Science PG). I have published over 10 books, 2 book chapters, 24 articles in referred journals and supervised
