This programme uses a range of powerful approaches to help organisations in ‘creating a fairer working environment, where everyone can participate and has the opportunity to fulfil their potential. The training programmes will help your organisation identify patterns of experience based on group identity, and the challenges and processes that limit individual’s ‘potential’ health and wellbeing.    By the end of the programme, your staffs will understand the organisation culture – in terms of gender, tribal or race,  disability (inclusion/inclusiveness), age, social class, sexuality and religion –have a great impact on our life experiences.

At the end of the module, the course members will be able:

  • Managers will be aware of the key role they play in preventing age discrimination and employees will be aware of how the regulations affect them.
  • Supervisors and managers will increase their knowledge on how to tackle bullying in the workplace.
  • Support staffs at all level will be comfortable and confident when working with disabled or physically challenged customers and colleagues.
  •  An inclusive workplace for both men and women.
  • Support Staff, supervisors and managers can be held liable for damages arising from sexual harassment.
  • Organisations can manage dignity at work relating to race, highlighting their legal obligations and exploring and emulating best practices.
  • Staff will value diversity in teams.
  • Create high-performing teams by developing strategies which harness diversity, and encourage respect for others.
  • Managers, supervisors and staff to recognise that people’s diversity can release potential, enhance staff motivation, improve performance and deliver better services to customers.
